Workshop Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Workshop Management**: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the two-wheeler workshop to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- **Service Quality Control**: Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of two-wheelers, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address customer inquiries, provide updates on vehicle status, and ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables; ensure timely procurement and optimal inventory control.
- **Performance Tracking**: Maintain records of work completed, including service reports, job cards, and employee performance evaluations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide technical support and guidance to mechanics in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for operational improvement, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the workshop.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
