**Credit Recovery Officer**

Location**:Palarivattom, Kochi**

Work Mode: Work from Office (No Field Work)
Education**:Bachelor’s degree**
Experience Required: Minimum **1 year in Recovery / Sales (mandatory)**

Salary Range**:₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month** + Attractive Incentives

**Work Environment**:

- The role involves working from the office with no field assignments.
- The office is located in Palarivattom, Kochi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting Customers: Reach out to customers via phone calls to discuss and negotiate the repayment of pending amounts.
- Negotiation Skills: Employ effective negotiation techniques to arrive at mutually agreeable repayment plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed assigned recovery targets within stipulated timelines.
- Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the recovery process.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.
- Empathy: Display empathy and understanding towards customers' financial situations.
- Target-driven: Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding recovery targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
