**IT Coordinator**:
You should have some experience in IT project management and a solid technical background, together with good organizational and team building.

**IT Coordinator's responsibilities are**:

- Coordinate with Insurance Companies and arrange product API’s
- Knowledge of API integration for mobile/PC apps.
- Sharing the received API’s with our IT partner.
- Coordinate with Insurance companies and IT partners and make sure to resolve technical errors.
- Facilitate the interaction between end users and Technical support
- Provide training, maintain Database, document verification of POS, etc.
- Monitor Agents and POS network performance.
- Organize troubleshooting٫ repairs and data restoration

**IT Coordinator requirements are**:

- Profound experience in IT database management and help desk support
- Knowledge of Graphic design
- Experience in preparing presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
- BSc, B.tech or BA degree in information technology or computer science.
- Insurance knowledge would be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
