**Job Summary**:
The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the hospital’s services, increase patient engagement, and enhance the hospital's brand visibility. The role involves market research, digital marketing, community outreach, and relationship management with key stakeholders such as doctors, insurance providers, and corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and oversee hospital events, health camps, and promotional activities.

**2. Digital & Traditional Marketing**:

- Manage the hospital’s social media presence, website, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation for digital platforms, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media ads to attract patients.

**3. Business Development & Community Outreach**:

- Establish partnerships with local businesses, corporate organizations, and insurance companies.
- Develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Organize community health awareness programs, medical camps, and outreach initiatives.

**4. Patient Engagement & Brand Management**:

- Enhance patient experience through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and manage patient feedback and online reviews.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and hospital touchpoints.

**5. Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, patient acquisition, and referral trends.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field.
- **Skills**:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in social media, SEO, and advertising platforms.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
