**Job Briefs**: - We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to generate sales by cold calling to customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

**Job Responsibilities : -**
- Making Cold Call to people using a given phone directory to sell products or services.
- Influence customers to install apps and do sign up.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential Customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about the product's features.
- Keep Records of calls and useful information.

**Desired Profile**: -**
- Good Communication skills.(Should have the knowledge of Hindi and english language).
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English languages.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanvid Nagar, Indore, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
