UP** **Nearest Metro Station (Walking Distance): Shaheed Sthal metro station** **Office Timing: 9.30 TO 18.30** **Working Days: Monday to Saturday** **Qualifications and Skills**: =>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. **=>Salary: - 60k** **=>Exp: 5+ Years** **Experience**: => Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing special-purpose machines. => Proven ability to manage projects independently without supervision. **Technical Skills**: =>Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. =>Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and automation systems. =>Familiarity with PLCs, servo systems, robotics, and vision systems. =>Knowledge of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation tools is a plus. **Soft Skills**: =>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. =>Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors. =>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities**: **1.Conceptualization**: =>Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible machine concepts. =>Develop innovative solutions for complex manufacturing challenges using advanced automation and mechanical systems. **2.Design and Development**: =>Independently create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs and drawings using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent. =>Design mechanical systems, structures, and components while ensuring accuracy and manufacturability. =>Incorporate advanced technologies like robotics, servo motors, vision systems, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems into designs. =>Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs for strength, stability, and performance. **3.Prototyping and Testing**: =>Develop prototypes and oversee the testing process to ensure functional compliance. =>Identify and resolve issues during the prototyping phase to optimize machine performance. **4.Project Management**: =>Manage the entire project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning. =>Liaise with clients to gather feedback, provide progress updates, and ensure satisfaction. **5.Documentation**: =>Prepare and maintain all necessary technical documentation, including engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and user manuals. =>Ensure project records are updated and readily available for future reference. **6.Collaboration and Coordination**: =>Coordinate with manufacturing teams and vendors to ensure seamless production of components. =>Provide technical support during machine assembly, testing, and commissioning. **7.Innovation and Continuous Improvement**: =>Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in machine design and automation. =>Continuously improve designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. **Whatsapp at: - 9315173463** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
