About the Job:
The scope of the role includes below responsibilities:
- Ensuring & ability to attend all electrical repair /maintenance-related service call from factories & general admin.
- Ability to Inspect the function of machine/equipment after general maintenance / Breakdown maintenance / Preventive maintenance or after overhauling work.
- Why-Why analysis & discussion of machine/equipment/repeated failure in between Real Estate team.
- Ability to find out root cause of machine/equipment breakdown.
- Ability to communicate the problems related to machine/equipment to Team Manager.
- Ensuring all repair/maintenance-related activity should be carried out within a minimum time period by utilizing his own skills.
- Ability to communicate upward & lateral with Team Manager. Taking active participation in PRP (Problem resolution process), 5 ‘S’
- Reading of equipment manufacturer panel drawings. Use of maintenance hand tool, testing tools etc.
- Must thoroughly refer, read and understand the given standard manuals by the machine or equipment manufacturer and also should study hand on all equipment’s like Synchronization logic, Auto - Manual operation of Main LT panel etc.
- Ability read and understand all types of supplied manuals by machine/equipment manufacturer
- Ability to know the function of each & every key on the machine/equipment operating control panel.
- Ability to discuss all machine/equipment problems or issues among the Real Estate team/TM
- Should inform PSS TM about the things affecting day-to-day work & logbook filled daily.
- Must report the cause of delay in repair/maintenance and troubleshooting.
- He must have to report Real estate TM within a specific time after starting & closing of shift.
What you can be?
- BE Electrical with minimum 8 -10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of MS Office
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Ability to learn resolution process (PRP), ALPS
- Team Management
