As a Waiter at our four-star hotel, you will provide exceptional guest service in our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards in accordance with hotel guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper etiquette and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Assist with other duties and team tasks as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Hotel management or equivalent qualification in hospitality industry
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and items up to 25 lbs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
