**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct high-quality physical scale models for architectural, engineering, and product design projects.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to accurately translate them into physical models.
- Use various materials such as wood, plastic, foam, and metal to build scale models.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment including laser cutters, 3D printers, and hand tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure models meet project specifications and design intent.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials and tools are stored properly.
- Stay updated with the latest techniques, materials, and tools in the field of scale modelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in physical scale modelling.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as laser cutters, 3D printers, and hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your work in physical scale modelling.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CAD software and 3D modelling programs.
- Knowledge of advanced model-making techniques and materials.
- Artistic skills such as painting, sculpting, and texturing.
