**Job Description - Accounts Receivable**
- Update receivables by counting the total unpaid invoices
- Preparing invoices and bank deposits
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit, or related finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transaction processing.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Sal - 14k p.m - 18k p.m

Experience - 3 to 5yrs (max)

Location - Kolkata

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
