Job Title: Store/Purchase Executive

Reports to: Purchase Manager

Department: Logistics/Procurement

Location: Delhi & Gurugram

Job Summary:
The Store/Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement and storage of goods, materials, and equipment for the organization. This includes purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing inventory, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement:
1. Purchase goods, materials, and equipment as per the organization's requirements.

2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery.

3. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

4. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Inventory Management:
1. Receive, inspect, and store inventory in a safe and organized manner.

2. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies.

3. Conduct regular inventory audits and reports.

4. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of inventory.

Store Operations:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.

2. Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

3. Supervise store staff and provide guidance and training as needed.

Reporting and Compliance:
1. Prepare and submit reports on procurement, inventory, and store operations.

2. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or store operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, inventory management, and store operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
