**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence. This role will involve creating engaging content, staying on top of trends, and actively interacting with our audience across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Social Media Accounts**: Oversee daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build a strong connection with our community.
- **Create Trending Reels and Content**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and create viral-worthy reels and posts to drive engagement.
- **Active in Facebook Groups**: Participate in relevant Facebook groups to share our mission, products, and promotions while fostering meaningful discussions.
- **Monitor Performance**: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and campaigns, suggesting improvements based on data insights.
- **Content Planning**: Collaborate with the team to develop a monthly content calendar and brainstorm innovative campaign ideas.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about trends in the organic and sustainability industry to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability, organic living, and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Business Suite.
- Creative and proactive mindset with an eye for detail.

Pay: ₹8,686.44 - ₹15,000.00 per month
