**Job Description / Responsibilities**:

- Sketching designs and creating garments using particular materials and patterns using various principles and techniques of the art design to create products that stands out.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiating with vendors for best competitive quotations and quality.
- Maintaining robust Time and Action calendar to meet deadlines and follow up with each vendor rigorously.
- Guiding the vendor on the most suitable options related to design/leather/fittings/fabric and help them making the right decisions related to product development.
- Getting the mock-ups and samples developed as per specification
- Responsible for full handling of production via daily targets. Keep track of development workflow and to ensure product quality and execution meet our standards.
- Monitoring WIP order tracking activities to ensure on-time deliveries with correct quality and quantity.
- Troubleshooting production problems, prevent /resolve issues that will impact on product quality, cost and delivery.
- Coordinating with buyer as well as vendor.
- Taking full control of the quality of the product by conducting regular QC.
- Identifying and developing new vendors according to brand’s requirement.
- A strong vendor base in India/Globally would be preferred.
- Experience in indian wear and western wear

Skills:

- **Design & Creative**: Fashion illustration, CAD (Adobe Illustrator), pattern-making, garment construction, fabric knowledge, trend forecasting.
- **Business & Marketing**: Product development, branding, pricing strategies, consumer behavior analysis, sales forecasting.
- **Visual & Merchandising**: Product display, store layout optimization, visual storytelling, e-commerce merchandising.
- **Technical & Digital**: inventory management, data analysis (Excel), e-commerce platforms.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
