**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and market demand.
- Select and plan product assortments based on sales data and industry insights.
- **Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers** to source and procure fashion items.
- Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of popular items.
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, and marketing teams to create appealing product collections.
- Plan and organize store or online product displays for maximum appeal.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve merchandising strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **fashion merchandising, retail, or buying**.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
- **Experience working with vendors and managing supplier relationships.**:

- Ability to negotiate pricing and manage purchase orders.
- Knowledge of merchandising software, retail analytics, or e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and product presentation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)**:

- Experience in **fashion styling, branding, or visual merchandising**.
- Understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of fashion design and têxtile materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
