About the role:
Overall learning goals for the intern include but are not limited to:
- Develop broad understanding of the landscape in Mental Health Ecosystem in India and global.- Learn hands-on skills in secondary research, literature review, and developing knowledge collaterals.- Develop project management skills by participating in internal planning discussions.

**Responsibilities**:
As a part of the Mental Health Program, the Intern will perform the following duties:
- Review of the scientific and grey literature to synthesize validated information relevant to programs and policies in mental health ecosystem in India.- Assist program team in conducting secondary research to retrieve the data and information relevant for various ongoing projects.- Support program team in preparing relevant infographics for knowledge collaterals such as IEC materials, project reports, technical briefs, etc.- Attend team meetings/calls and take part in various operational activities of the program.

Required Qualifications:- High Level Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening English and Hindi is essential.

Desirable skillset:
- Understanding of secondary research, literature review, and qualitative methods.- Ability to prepare and deliver good presentations.- Ability to work on group as well as individual assignments.- Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced work environment.- Prior experience / internship in relevant health domain will be an added advantage.
