Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Planning & Delivery:
Develop and deliver lessons on computer fundamentals, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scratch), web development, and digital literacy.

Introduce students to the basic concepts of AI, including machine learning, data science, natural language processing, and robotics.

Teach ethical issues in AI, such as bias, privacy, and responsible technology use.

2. Student Assessment:
Design and implement assessments, including quizzes, coding assignments, and AI-related projects, to gauge student understanding.

Monitor and assess students' progress in acquiring technical skills and understanding AI concepts.

Provide timely feedback and support for students to improve their coding and AI skills.

3. Classroom Management:
Foster a collaborative and engaging classroom environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

Establish clear expectations for student behavior, particularly in computer labs, and maintain an orderly learning environment.

Ensure proper usage of technology, including managing software, hardware, and online platforms in the classroom.

4. Student Support & Development:
Provide individualized support to students struggling with coding, programming, or AI concepts.

Offer enrichment opportunities for advanced students, such as AI challenges, coding competitions, or projects that deepen their understanding.

Encourage students to develop a growth mindset and an interest in technology and innovation.

5. Curriculum Development & Integration:
Develop and update the computer science and AI curriculum to align with industry trends and technological advancements.

Integrate the use of AI tools, educational software, and online resources to enhance the learning experience.

6. Collaboration:
Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and encourage at-home learning activities.

Participate in school-wide events, professional development programs, and technology-related initiatives.

7. Professional Development:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in computer science, programming languages, and AI advancements.

Participate in workshops, online courses, and conferences related to AI, machine learning, and educational technology.

Continuously improve teaching methods to incorporate the latest technologies and best practices in the field.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience or knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Teaching certification (depending on region/state requirements).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or others.

Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and educational software.

Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Passion for technology, AI, and education.

Ability to motivate students and foster an interest in technology and innovation.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage classroom activities and grading.
