**Summary**:
The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets for various loan products, including Home Loans (HL), Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate loan benefits, close deals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Lead Generation
- Customer Relationship Management
- Loan Processing Support
- Achieving Sales Targets
- 1-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services (experience with HL, BL, PL, and LAP products preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the loan industry, processes, and documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹9,074.80 - ₹25,436.94 per month
