Jewellery Process Coordinator Supervisor

**Role Overview**
The Process Coordinator cum Supervisor will oversee day-to-day jewellery production processes, ensuring timely coordination between departments, maintaining quality standards, and supervising artisans/workers. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills to ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished jewellery.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Process Coordination**:
- Plan and schedule production activities in alignment with design and customer requirements.
- Coordinate between design, casting, setting, polishing, and finishing teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Maintain records of raw material usage (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and WIP (work-in-progress).
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and quality control departments for smooth operations.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes (designing, casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing).
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing, Production, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in jewellery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/coordinator role.
- Hands-on experience with goldsmithing/jewellery workshop processes preferred.
- Knowledge of hallmarking standards, diamond grading, and precious metal handling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
