**Role Summary**
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our global client base through proactive outbound calling, strong relationship management, and strategic sales efforts. If you're a results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Deliver engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion and customer retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product developments.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (international experience preferred).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Culturally adaptable with the ability to connect across diverse regions.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Experience in lead generation or telemarketing is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
