**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Sales and Marketing of fertilizers to wholesalers, Retailers & Farmers. Achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Earn as much as you want, working as a sales representative under the company.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Meeting minimum 100 appointments of farmers per month and conversion of minimum 10 sales orders in a month.
- Promote the company’’s products by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Making calls and following up with potential clients and aim conversions.
- You have responsibility for growing sales volume and collecting payments.
- Handling sales leads/enquiries with strong follow up.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, own two wheeler vehicle is must.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary as per company standards plus sales incentives based on individual performance of achieving sales targets and collection targets.
