Essential Skills & Experience:

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- At least last 4-5 years in working/delivering a BI implementations as a principal BA.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Robust in AGILE methodologies and various sprint ceremonies
- Hands on exposure to at least one AGILE tool like JIRA, TFS etc
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analysing program risks.

Technical Skills:

- Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology: Demonstrable experience in:

- Cloud Platforms, specifically AWS, and components EMR, S3, SQS, Lambda, Java. - Foundational data integration tools, specifically Apache SPARK. - Database programming languages, specifically SQL.
- Responsible for gathering the business requirements from business users, Product Owner and business docs, Functional teams, SME's.
- Conducting Design discussions and meetings to come up with the appropriate design and analyze the enhancements required.
- Adding them to the product backlog and prioritizing them
- Working ETL developers to facilitate all the business requirements are translated into design.
- Working on creation of data mapping and any functional documentation.
- Working on end-to-end life cycle of project development (SDLC), right from the business requirement till the project deployment in production.
- Guiding the team to meet the business expectations in terms of deliverables, explaining business requirements, making sure proper testing is conducted.
- Closely worked with the reporting team to ensure that correct data is presented in the reports.
