The ISO Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with ISO standards and quality management practices. The role involves managing, monitoring, and improving quality systems and processes to meet both internal and external regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ISO Compliance and Certification**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Coordinate and prepare the organization for internal and external ISO audits.
- Facilitate the certification and recertification processes with accreditation bodies.
- **Documentation and Record Management**:

- Create, review, and update ISO-related policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality processes.
- Ensure version control and proper distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- **Audit and Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Identify non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with ISO standards across departments.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process enhancements to optimize performance.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- **Training and Support**:

- Train employees on ISO standards, QMS processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Provide guidance to teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for ISO-related queries within the organization.
- **Risk and Incident Management**:

- Identify and assess risks related to quality and compliance.
- Investigate incidents or deviations, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹226,112.67 - ₹600,000.00 per year
