Business Studies Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in setting and achieving their academic and career goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with educational best practices, business trends, and industry developments to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- **Certification**: Valid teaching certification/license in Business Education or related area.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is advantageous.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
