**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation and conversions (Meta Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max).
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic reach, traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create campaign creatives and product-based content.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships aligned with fashion trends.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Handle website traffic optimization, landing page A/B testing, and e-commerce marketing funnels.
- Stay updated with fashion and digital marketing trends to enhance campaign innovation.
- Work closely with the sales and product team to align online strategy with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Fashion Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion retail (especially men’s and women’s apparel and nightwear).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Myntra/Nykaa onboarding is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment with quick turnarounds.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
