**Job Title: Electrical Purchaser**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for electrical components.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new partnerships.
- **Product Procurement**:

- Analyze technical specifications and requirements to determine the appropriate electrical products to be purchased.
- Place purchase orders and monitor the procurement process to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand product needs and specifications.
- **Cost Management**:

- Conduct cost analysis and market research to ensure competitive pricing.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
- Track and report key functional metrics to management.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased electrical products meet established standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and lead times.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical purchasing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
