Description :Telemarketing and Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telemarketing and Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting telesales activities and efficiently managing data entry tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to effectively navigate and update customer records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
