Recruiter (Part Time - Remote)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team dynamics.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and technical qualification assessments.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and industry meetups when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a **RECRUITER**, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- With experience hiring construction roles offshore is a plus.
- Solid understanding of technical roles in construction roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience recruiting for infrastructure, commercial, or residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of local labor market and compliance standards in construction staffing.
Work Set Up: Work From Home
**Salary**: 4$ - 5$ per hour
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹345.48 - ₹431.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
