Urgently Required For the post of Marketing Specialist ( ONLY FOR FEMALES )

Location - Kandivali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound calls**: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the company’s offerings, explaining product benefits, and understanding their needs.
- **Customer engagement**: Build relationships with potential clients by answering questions, providing information, and overcoming objections.
- **Database management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, including call outcomes and follow-up actions.
- **Script development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine call scripts and sales pitches based on customer feedback and product updates.
- **Product knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and support targeted campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on daily call activity, leads generated, and other key metrics to ensure marketing efforts are optimized.
- **Feedback collection**: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve marketing strategies and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent required**. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **1-3 years of telemarketing or phone-based customer service experience**.
- **Strong verbal communication skills**: Clear, persuasive, and confident telephone presence.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in **B2B** or **B2C telemarketing**.
- Familiarity with **lead nurturing strategies** and tactics.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, products, and customer behavior.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
