Job Title: Staff Nurse
Department: All
Locations: Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Vellore
Qualification: BSc Nursing, ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery), GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and other relevant healthcare standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing (ANM/GNM) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license from the respective state nursing council.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Nursing: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- TAMIL NADU NURSING REGISTRATION (required)
