**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Create and manage annual budgets, forecasting sales and expenses.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Drive initiatives to increase store traffic and sales conversion rates.
- Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.

- **Merchandising and Inventory Management**:
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
