**Job Title:
- **Sales Executive ( Steel, TMT Bars, Structure Materiel Sales)
**Exp:
- ** 6 months to 2.5 Years (Sales done in any field)
**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
**1.** Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the sale of structural materials and TMT bars.
**2.** Identify and cultivate relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and construction firms.
**3.** Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base.
**4.** Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products to meet their project needs.
**5.** Provide accurate pricing, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure sales.
**6.** Collaborate with internal teams including procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
**7.** Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
**8.** Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively managing the sales pipeline and prioritizing opportunities.
**9.** Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹10,052.01 - ₹37,501.27 per month
