**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing**:

- Oversee the process of adding new products to the online store, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and categorization.
- **Order Process**:

- Supervise the order processing workflow, including order verification, fulfillment, and shipping coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Implement inventory management best practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Price Update**:

- Regularly review pricing strategies and update product prices as necessary to remain competitive in the market.
- Analyze pricing data and trends to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- **Discount Code Coupon**:

- Create and manage discount codes and coupons to drive sales and promotions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of discount campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Track Order Status**:

- Implement systems to track and communicate order status to customers, providing transparency throughout the order fulfillment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in inventory management and order processing workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
