**Position Title Solution Architect - Mobile & Web Applications**

**Location Mumbai (Borivali East)**

**Team Size 4 - 6 Developers**

**Employment: Permanent**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining corporate technology and software.
- Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors and IT stakeholders to provision estimates and develop overall implementation plan for installation, customization and integration efforts.
- Define framework, portfolio and methodologies; drive their implementation and evolution.
- Define architecture principles and make sure they are applied and adopted across all development.
- Provide technical leadership and support to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code
- Promote high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on-budget
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and closely work with the development team to drive product improvement
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.
- Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors and methods.
- Document and maintain the organizations existing solutions architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
- Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation.
- Provide quality assurance for services within the solution area.
- Provide mentoring or guidance to junior members of the team.
- Good understanding of production deployment architecture & best practices

**Job Requirements**

BE / B Tech / MCA
- 8-14 years of total experience
- Minimum 5 years of core development experience in mobile technologies (viz: Ionic Framework, Angular Framework, Flutter, React Native Scripting) and software architecture in the Capital markets domain.
- Sound knowledge of APIs
- Hands-on experience on Microservices and DevOps
- Team leadership experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of web, iOS & Android.
- Ability to do reverse engineering by identifying gaps in existing Technology Stack
- Sound knowledge of system architecture
- Ability to plan and formulate product strategy based on the latest market trends
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient at multitasking and proactive in work responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
