**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about our courses and career opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for all students.
- Meet and exceed admission targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions using our internal systems.
- Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to promote our courses.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in educational counseling or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
