- As a Data Scientist in our team, you will be a catalyst for innovation and operational excellence across our supply chain and operations. By leading advanced analytics initiatives and developing AI/ML solutions, you’ll directly influence strategic decision-making and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, resilience, and performance. Your ability to independently craft business cases from complex challenges and proactively uncover opportunities will empower the organization to harness data science as a competitive advantage—transforming insights into action and shaping the future of our operational strategy.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Design and deploy machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Present sophisticated analytical findings as actionable insights to organizational leaders.
- Work extensively with large-scale datasets and cloud computing platforms; experience with Azure Databricks is highly desirable.
- Remain up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML methodologies to promote continuous innovation.

**What We're Looking For**
- At least five years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and leading ML frameworks.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas to business stakeholders.
- Strong motivation, intellectual curiosity, and dedication to ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and scalable machine learning pipeline development.
