The Impact You'll Make As a Data Scientist in our AI & Digital Acceleration team, you will be at the forefront of shaping how advanced AI and machine learning drive real business outcomes. You will build and scale cutting-edge algorithms that provide our workforce with new AI capabilities, enabling smarter decisions and new ways of operating. By accelerating AI adoption, you will help position our organization as a global leader in innovation - creating measurable impact across industries. What You’ll Be Doing Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from problem framing and data exploration to deployment and monitoring.  Build and optimize production-grade models, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement. Develop scalable pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions that drive strategic impact. Champion best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, integrating innovations like Generative AI into real-world applications. Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, enabling informed decisions. What We're Looking For 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.  Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions with measurable business impact. Hands-on experience with Generative AI is a strong plus. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Databricks, MLflow. Solid understanding of CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automation pipelines. Ability to influence stakeholders, communicate technical insights effectively, and work cross-functionally. A curious learner who thrives in ambiguity, embraces challenges, and continuously seeks improvement. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
