Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize supplier relationships, reduce costs, and ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Process: Drive the implementation of Procurement standards and ensure compliance with regulations, governance, and guidelines.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, managing contracts, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive initiatives to achieve cost reductions, and implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency. Develop and manage procurement budgets, track and report spend KPIs.
- Risk Mitigation: Evaluate and manage supply chain risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity through effective procurement planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt procurement strategies accordingly.

Your Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in a procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and achieving cost savings.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
