As a **Front Desk Executive**, you’ll be the face of Lumos Cowork, ensuring our members have an exceptional experience while efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, or a related field.
- Atleat 1 year of experience in community management, customer service, hospitality or office administration.
- Proficiency in office tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other basic software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A passion for fostering connections and creating a sense of community.
**Compensation (CTC)**
- **₹20,000/- per month**.
**Key Responsibilities1. Community Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Foster collaborations among members by identifying synergies and connecting them.
**2. Operations Management**
- Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
- Monitor and manage meeting room bookings to ensure fair usage and availability.
- Enforce compliance with house rules and coworking etiquette (e.g., meeting room use, cleanliness).
**3. Event Planning & Execution**
- Plan and execute small meetups.
- Engage members in the planning process to foster inclusivity and build community spirit.
**4. Administrative Tasks**
- Prepare and present monthly reports on occupancy rates, member feedback, and event outcomes.
- Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring a seamless integration into the coworking community.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
