**Job Title**: Senior Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Upselling and Cross Selling**: Execute effective strategies for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers.

2. **B2C Sales**: Drive Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales initiatives, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.

3. **Lead Generation**: Proven ability to generate leads through various channels, contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline.

4. **Cold Calling**: Initiate and manage successful cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients, create interest, and secure appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:
1. **Excellent Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.

2. **Sales Techniques**: Strong understanding of sales methodologies with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

3. **Relationship Building**: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

4. **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify sales opportunities.

5. **Self-Motivation**: Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
