**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter data from various source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data as necessary.

**Data Quality Assurance**:

- Review and correct data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

**Data Maintenance**:

- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry and reporting.

**General Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on collected data.
- Provide general administrative support as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in data entry or related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., MS Excel, Access).
- Familiarity with administrative duties.

**Skills**:

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
