**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to products, inventory, and orders.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy retrieval.
- Use Excel for creating basic spreadsheets, performing data sorting, and generating simple reports.
- Operate basic skincare industry software (e.g., inventory management, POS systems, CRM).
- Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with product listings on websites or e-commerce platforms.
- Generate routine reports for internal use (sales, stock levels, customer data).
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, warehouse, marketing) to ensure data accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
- Familiarity with basic software used in skincare/cosmetics business (e.g., inventory management systems, POS, CRM, ERP tools).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of skincare products or cosmetic industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data entry in retail or e-commerce settings.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and product management software.
- Basic understanding of online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) is a bonus.
