**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough training sessions in CFM, adhering to established curriculum and materials.

- Provide expert guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the training process.
- Evaluate learner progress and assess the effectiveness of training programs through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in the CFM field, incorporating relevant updates into the training content.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve existing training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation outcomes.
- Pursue continuous professional growth and development as a trainer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Extensive expertise and practical experience in CFM.
- Proven experience in delivering CFM training programs or workshops to diverse audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with learners and create a supportive learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
