**DevOps Trainer - Chennai (On‑Site, Full‑Time, Permanent)**

**Overview**:
Seeking a DevOps Trainer with **3+ years of hands‑on experience** to design and deliver high-impact training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. Responsible for content creation, session delivery, participant assessment, and mentorship toward practical skills and certification readiness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead instructor-led training on CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, IaC, configuration management, and monitoring
- Develop and refine course materials: slide decks, labs, hands-on projects, and assessments
- Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions
- Align training with current industry trends and organizational objectives
- Mentor learners on real-world projects and support certification preparation

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **3+ years** in DevOps with experience in training, mentoring, or coaching
- Proficiency with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Shell) and excellent communication abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator
