**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for MBA fresher’s aiming to kick-start their career or experienced professionals looking to take their sales journey to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads
- Pitch products or services effectively to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred OR any graduate with 2+ years of sales/tele-sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency **English** (spoken)
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
