As a Motor Winder at Gravton Motors, you will be responsible for the winding of coils and stators used in electric motors. This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure that the electric motor components are assembled correctly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for fresh ITI graduates to start their careers in the automotive and electric vehicle manufacturing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wind coils and stators for electric motors according to technical specifications.
- Follow standard winding procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Use winding machines and tools to wind and assemble motor parts.
- Inspect and test completed coils and motors for proper functionality.
- Assist in the assembly of electric motors, ensuring that all components are properly installed.
- Perform routine maintenance on winding machines and tools.
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting the quality of windings and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
- Work closely with the senior team members to troubleshoot and repair motor winding issues.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI certification in Motor Winding or a related electrical trade.
- Basic knowledge of motor winding processes and equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, winding machines, and electrical measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills in motor winding and electric motor assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Basic understanding of electric motor construction and winding techniques.
- Familiarity with winding patterns, insulation, and testing processes (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics is an advantage.
