Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Interior Designer to take a lead role in the

design, development, and execution of various interior design projects. This position requires

someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, managing aspects of the design

understanding of design principles, a strong portfolio, and the ability to liaise directly with clients,

contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Coordination: Coordinate between the clients, the design team and the internal

contracting team to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients and the designers during the design

and implementation phases, managing expectations and gathering feedback.
- Project Management: Take responsibility for coordinating project timelines, budgets, and

deliverables, ensuring the design is executed on schedule and within budget. This includes

managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to junior designers, interns, and support staff, offering

mentorship and assisting with design tasks and problem-solving.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including 2D/3D

presentations, mood boards and company presentations.
- Site Coordination: Visit project sites to ensure that design concepts are accurately

implemented, conduct site surveys, and oversee progress during the construction and

installation phases.
- Collaboration with Contractors & Vendors: Work closely with our internal contractors,

architects/ interior designers and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and

successful project execution. Manage procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical specifications

using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Ensure compliance with all relevant

building codes and regulations.
- Sustainability and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable design

practices, and innovative materials to incorporate into designs. Promote green and energy
- efficient solutions where appropriate.
- Quality Control: Ensure design standards and quality are maintained across all projects,

overseeing the execution phase to verify the design vision is met.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring

satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best

quality and pricing for materials and furnishings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date project

documentation, including design plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure all necessary

approvals are obtained.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 4-6 years of professional interior design experience, with proven leadership capabilities in

managing design projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, 3D Max

+ Vray.
- Solid understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in managing large scale projects, from concept to completion.
- Ability to communicate complex design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and

vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse interior design projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
