**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales calls and interactions to ensure quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate sales team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest performance improvements.
- Training Support: Help create training materials and assist with ongoing team development.
- Collaboration: Work with sales leadership to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years in a quality assurance or sales-related role.
- Skills: Analytical skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:Experience with CRM or sales tools is advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
