**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are hiring a B2B marketing manager who helps to promote the B2B process, provides accurate information,, and helps to boost the B2B team.

Develop sales targets in consultation with IELTS AND PTE Institutions and internal teams.

Analyse and report sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop campaigns, messaging, presentations, and partnerships.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities

Identifies, evaluates, and establishes partnerships with third-party service providers, including visa consultants, IELTS, and PTE institutions.

Works with the Sales team and arranges seminars at school, and coaching centre to customize selling points for programs based on admission difficulty, career development, and immigration pathways connected.

Assists in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms and pricing for clients.

Attends school conferences to promote and develop new opportunities.

Shares responsibilities for top funnel volume and conversion goals with the sales team. Develop sales targets in consultation with IELTS AND PTE Institutions

**Skills**:
Should be a graduate in any stream.

03 - 05 years of experience in the same field

Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

Easy to relocate to for pan punjab areas.

Empathetic to client needs & ability to effectively resolve issues.

Good knowledge of computers and related processes.

03 - 05 years of experience in the sales and marketing field

Excellent market research and analysis skills to identify new business opportunities

Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.

SALARY:

- 15k for freshers

Max to Max depends upon your experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
