About the Role

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
with strong expertise in
Google Ads (CPC/PPC), SEO, and WordPress
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, improving organic search rankings, and managing WordPress websites to drive growth, lead generation, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Ads (CPC/PPC):
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy optimization.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance to maximize ROI.
• Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Perform website SEO audits and implement technical, on-page, and off-page strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor organic rankings and prepare SEO performance reports.
• WordPress Management:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO.
• Manage plugins, themes, and integrations with marketing tools (e.g., email, CRM).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in
  Google Ads/PPC campaign management
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  SEO best practices
  (on-page, technical, and off-page).
• Hands-on experience with
  WordPress
  (themes, plugins, and customizations).
• Proficiency with
  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO
  or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certification.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with content marketing and social media advertising.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development.
