**Role Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Communication Intern to join our team. As a Marketing and Communication Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including account-based marketing and B2B marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing Edtech startup and contribute to our marketing strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeting academic institutions, corporates, and individual learners.
- Support account-based marketing initiatives by conducting research on target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and developing personalized marketing materials.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Help optimize website content and improve SEO to increase organic traffic and enhance the user experience.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and workshops for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Assist in analysing marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices in marketing and communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for B2B initiatives.
- Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing concepts and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly in the data science field.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
